Hyatt’s New All-Inclusive Sale: Up to 25% Off + Kids Stay & Eat Free
If an all-inclusive vacation is on your radar for 2027, Hyatt has a new promotion that’s worth taking a look at.
The Sun-Kissed Savings promotion includes up to 25% off qualifying stays at participating all-inclusive resorts, along with several additional perks depending on the resort, room category and travel dates.
And for families, one part of the promotion really stands out:
Kids ages 3–12 can stay and eat free at select participating family-friendly resorts.
But there are quite a few details and restrictions, so it’s important to look at the entire offer before assuming every part applies to every resort.
What’s Included in Hyatt’s Sun-Kissed Savings?
The main promotion offers up to 25% savings at participating resorts.
Depending on the resort, room category and travel dates, additional benefits can include:
- Up to 10% additional savings on select suites and premium room categories
- 10% off cabana rentals
- 10% off spa services
- Complimentary hydrotherapy for two adults at select adults-only resorts
- Kids Stay & Eat Free at select family-friendly resorts
The promotion must be booked by November 2, 2026, with qualifying travel dates extending through December 20, 2027, depending on the participating resort.
One important detail: most of the additional perks are available for eligible stays from April 1 through December 20, 2027.
Individual resorts have their own eligible dates and restrictions, so not every benefit applies to every resort or every stay.
Which Resorts Are Included?
This is a pretty large promotion.
Participating properties include resorts from several Hyatt all-inclusive brands, including:
Dreams Resorts & Spas
Secrets Resorts & Spas
Hyatt Ziva
Hyatt Zilara
Breathless Resorts & Spas
Hyatt Vivid Hotels & Resorts
Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts
Impression by Secrets
Sunscape Resorts & Spas
Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts
There are also participating Alua properties and select individual Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt resorts.
The participating resorts cover destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and Europe, so there are quite a few different types of vacations included in the promotion.
Families Should Pay Attention to Kids Stay & Eat Free
This could be one of the more interesting parts of the promotion for families.
At select participating family-friendly resorts, children ages 3 through 12 can stay and eat free when the offer applies.
There are restrictions.
The benefit isn’t available at every family-friendly resort, eligible room categories and travel dates vary, and occupancy requirements still apply.
Participating Bahia Principe resorts have additional terms. For those properties, the Kids Stay & Eat Free benefit applies to the first eligible child sharing the room with paying adults, with qualifying travel dates from April 1 through October 31, 2027.
So this is definitely one where I would price the actual family, dates and resort rather than see “Kids Stay & Eat Free” and assume every child on every trip will be free.
But for the right family and dates, it’s certainly worth checking.
What About an Adults-Only Vacation?
There’s something in this promotion for adults-only travelers too.
Participating properties include resorts from adults-only brands such as Secrets, Hyatt Zilara, Breathless and Hyatt Vivid.
At select participating adults-only resorts, the promotion can include complimentary hydrotherapy for two adults, depending on the resort and qualifying stay.
And this is where choosing the right resort matters.
Secrets, Breathless, Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Vivid may all offer adults-only vacations, but that doesn’t mean they’re all the same type of resort.
Some travelers are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Others want more activity. Others care most about the beach, food, pools or resort atmosphere.
I’d rather start with what kind of vacation you want and then see which participating resorts and promotions fit it.
Where Can You Go?
Participating resorts are available in a wide range of destinations.
Depending on the resort and qualifying dates, the promotion includes properties in destinations such as Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Aruba, Curaçao, Costa Rica and St. Lucia, along with participating properties in Spain and Portugal.
That’s a lot of resorts to sort through.
So I wouldn’t start by looking through a giant list of hotels.
I’d narrow it down first.
Do you want Mexico or the Caribbean?
Are you traveling with kids or adults only?
Is the beach one of your biggest priorities?
Do you want somewhere quiet and relaxing or a resort with more going on?
Is this a honeymoon, anniversary, family vacation or just a getaway?
Once we know those things, the resort list becomes a whole lot easier to work with.
Don’t Choose a Resort Just Because It’s 25% Off
This is probably the biggest thing I’d keep in mind with a promotion this large.
“Up to 25% off” doesn’t mean every participating resort or room is discounted by 25%.
The actual savings depend on the participating property, eligible room category, dates and availability.
And a bigger discount doesn’t automatically make one resort a better choice than another.
If one resort has a larger discount but another resort is a much better fit for your family, your beach preferences or the kind of vacation you’re looking for, I’d want to compare the actual vacation prices before making that decision.
The same thing goes for the extra perks.
A spa discount doesn’t matter much if you aren’t planning to use the spa. And Kids Stay & Eat Free only matters if the eligible resort, room and dates actually work for your family.
Start with the right vacation. Then see how much the promotion can save you.
A Few Important Dates
If you’re interested in this promotion, the main date to remember is:
Book by: November 2, 2026
Qualifying travel dates vary by participating resort, with eligible stays extending through December 20, 2027.
Most of the additional promotional perks are available for qualifying stays from April 1 through December 20, 2027, although individual resort terms and dates vary.
Blackout dates, room restrictions, occupancy requirements and availability can also apply.
The promotion is for new qualifying bookings, and Hyatt specifically states that existing reservations may not be canceled and rebooked to obtain this promotion.
Thinking About an All-Inclusive Vacation?
If this promotion caught your attention, you don’t need to figure out which of all these resorts is right for you before contacting me.
That’s actually the part I can help with.
Tell me who’s traveling, approximately when you’d like to go, what kind of vacation you’re looking for and what matters most to you.
I’ll narrow down the resorts that make sense, check which ones qualify for the promotion and compare the actual options.
Because with this many resorts involved, finding the right resort at a good price is a lot more useful than simply finding the one with the biggest advertised discount.
